Well, this is disapointing.

But knowing a lot of the other “good” teams are out or close to it gives me some piece of mind.
I just really wish it wasn’t Brazil that was going to win… I’m going to get an earful from all the Portugese people in my neighbourhood.

Okay, so yesterday a 5.0 earthquake hit the eastern Ontario area. People also felt it in Quebec and parts of the United States. The last earthquake we’ve experienced in this part of Canada was about three years ago, but the scale was much smaller, and (apparently) eight years ago, an earthquake hit under lake Ontario at a scale of 5.5.
Now, I didn’t feel the earthquake. I was in the “safe zone” at the time of impact (which was, apparently, the Subway, heading from Queen’s Station to Yorkdale Station). God forbid that was a larger scale earthquake or I might not be writing this blog at the moment.
Oh, crazy story. People neglected to tell me that there was a dude with a fucking machine gun and explosives walking around the Eaton’s Center prior to me arriving. So, that was the main reason my friend and I left the Taco Fest at Eaton’s to go to YorkDale. And then, as we were chilling in the Red Rocket, an earthquake hit.
Okay God, I can take a hint.
On the plus side, I got a pretty Cheshire Cat Hat. =3

Brazil’s going to win the cup and I’m going to be pissed off because the Portugese people in my neighbourhood are going to rub it in my face because they think it’s legit to switch to Brazil’s side if the team they’ve been whoring the whole tournament gets kicked out. UGH.
But seriously. France is so close to getting out. Germany lost. Spain lost.
New Zealand WON (no offense).
Seirously… is every “good” team just bullshitting their way along because they think they can wing it? (like what I’m doing for my SAP exam)

I hope some random nobody team wins though.

On a lighter note, I have only two exams left: SAP (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology) and Comm. Tech (basically, free period with computers). I’ll finish 15 minutes in. And I can’t leave until a full hour is over (WHICH IS BULLSHIT)
I’m going to end up writing the lyrics to The Ultimate Showdown on a page of full-scap like I did in my Business exam in Grade 9.
Maybe not the same song.
Maybe I’m On A Boat.
Because it’s still cool.
I’m On A Blimp is cool too though. Whatever’s clever.
Back to exams.
I love Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
What it’s basically telling us is “Screw self-fulfillment and education. Go get laid.”

I haven’t uploaded much on YouTube lately, mostly because I’m mentally preparing myself for my Functions exam…For those of you who don’t know
FUNCTIONS
IS
OVERALL
POINTLESS
I understand if you’re going into some sort of scientific field or whatever. But let’s be realistic…When am I going to need to know the inverse of a parabola? Or have to use cosecant to assist in finding an angle? When will identities and the Pascal Triangle ever contribute to something important in my life?
Never. And if it does happen, I’ll eat my AC/DC hat.Grade 11 Functions is the hardest ciriculum of math. Even more so than Grade 12 Advanced Funtions. (Don’t ask. It just is.)
I’m going into FILM for God’s sake. Any and all math related problems that occur can be solved with educated guesses. And the most complicated thing would be angle of camera, which can just be eyed. I’m not going to pull out a protractor and a calculator.
I’d say “Thank God I’ll have it over and done with after the exam” but noooooooo. I have to go to Summer School to upgrade my math mark… (Just throwing this out there, I used to get 90’s in math.)
So yeah… That’s why I haven’t been uploading.If I ever did get the chance to play video games, it would just be for recratational amusment and not uploading purposes.
So have patience and please…pray for me…I won’t be able to play video games anymore if my brain explodes.
